Han Alister used to be a thief. And why not? How else is he supposed to provide for his mother and sister and still attend school? But now, he's trying to turn things around and do things the right way. He's trying really hard to not get into any more trouble. Only trouble seems to follow him everywhere. While hunting with his best friend, they find an amulet, get into a fight with a wizard, and now Han is on the run. Why can't Han follow the right path like his friends? Why does life seem harder for him than anyone else he knows?
